Peter Ashton is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and operator who has spent the past seven years building companies, backing founders, and raising capital to bring ambitious ventures to life. Over that time, he has helped secure more than $350 million in funding for early- and mid-stage companies across a range of industries.

In 2020, Peter co-founded a venture capital firm focused on disruptive technologies, deploying $30 million across 25 investments. After departing in 2022, he turned his focus to advising high-growth startups and launching ventures of his own.

Today, Peter is the Founder and CEO of Veyra, a market intelligence company applying aerospace technology to the financial markets. He also serves as CEO of Apex Investing Institute, the education company of 100K traders that helped build Apex Trader Funding, the world's largest prop trading company, where he is leading the company's expansion into the institutional space and building what is positioned to become the dominant autonomous trading desk.

Most recently, Peter acquired Arise Capital and is rebranding it to Ashton & Associates, a real estate brokerage arranging hard-money and investment-property financing that has originated more than $120 million in sales over the past four years.
